The pictures of the spruce tree around my neighbourhood that can be seen when I walk to my friend's house every time show repetitive patterns which also demonstrate elements of design. This is also why I chose these pictures because it displays a composition of elements of design. Most people who walk by it like me in the past may not have noticed how much detail the spruce tree has and should be more aware of it, as there are differences in lines, shapes, colours, and textures. For instance, the thickness of the branches where there aren't any needles is different from the ones that have. Moreover, the shapes of how the needles grow out from the branches are the same pattern which goes outwards. The colours on the needles are evergreen but certain areas of the needle are brighter than other areas. In addition, the textures on the needles when it's grown out from the branches become very spiky while the branches will feel less spiky.
